Workshop on Spatial Data Infrastructure for Urban Governance Decision Making

The workshop is part of a research programme on ‘Spatial Data Infrastructure for Urban Governance Decision-Making’, being carried out by the University of Amsterdam, International Institute for Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation, ITC, The Netherlands who are the pioneers in Spatial Data Information System in the world and Indian knowledge partner School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi. This programme is trying to set up a spatial data infrastructure platform for decision-sharing and making process. It deals with data collection, analysis and management decision making especially addressing poverty issues in Mysore.
