Course Description

 

This is a graduate-level course on Information Systems that will provide students with
essential skills required in Information Systems Design and Development. Upon
successful completion, students will be able to a) Identify and analyze the role of
computer based information systems in successful management of organizations b)
Describe major types of information systems and how they help in managerial decision
making c) Design databases and understand how database systems drive modern
business
